At KissHuts, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in our lingerie. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  1. Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  2. Tags: All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be attached and intact. Please try on garments over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.
  3. Packaging: Items should ideally be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty. This typically includes:

  • Items where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
  • Items that show clear signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at service@kisshuts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), including the correct return shipping address. Please note: As our warehouses are located in China, Vietnam, and Thailand, the return address may vary depending on your location and the specific item. Do not send items back without receiving these instructions.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@kisshuts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired new item (please specify style, size, and color).
  3. Await Instructions: We will check the availability of the desired exchange item. If available and your original item is eligible for exchange, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) according to the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the return is approved.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges

  • Customers are typically responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for a refund or exchange, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as KissHuts cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 7 days of receipt is recommended) at service@kisshuts.com.
  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or incorrect item.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement, arranging a return with shipping costs covered by us, or issuing a full refund.
