Shipping Warehouses

- Consequently, if you order multiple items, they may be packaged separately and shipped from different warehouses, potentially resulting in different delivery times for items within the same order.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Order processing time (3-5 business days) is not included in the shipping time.
- Once a package ships from our warehouse, approximately 90% of orders are successfully delivered to customers within 15 days.
- Please note that this 15-day timeframe is an estimate based on historical data and not an absolute guarantee. Actual delivery times can vary due to several factors, including but not limited to:
- Geographical location of the delivery address
- Efficiency of the destination country's customs clearance process
- Operational performance of the shipping carrier
- Public holidays or force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics)
- While we strive for prompt delivery, we recommend allowing some buffer time for potential delays. Generally, transit times for most international orders may fluctuate between 7 and 20 business days.
Shipping Cost Calculation
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your delivery address, order total, package weight, and the shipping method selected (if options are provided).
- We may occasionally offer promotional shipping rates, such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to website announcements for current offers.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and links to track your package. You can use the tracking number(s) on the carrier's official website to check the latest status of your shipment.
- Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active and update.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (you). KissHuts is not responsible for these additional charges, nor can we predict their specific amounts.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at service@kisshut.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in liaising with the carrier.
- If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take photos as evidence upon receipt and inspect the contents. If the items inside are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of receipt) at service@kisshut.com, providing your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs.
